- Developed a scalable, distortion-aware neural-field framework that jointly optimizes fabrication sequences, support material, and tool configurations for hybrid manufacturing.
- Developed inverse-operation-based planning for interleaved AM and SM processes, with a theoretical guarantee of automatically fabricating arbitrary shapes exactly.

- Developed direct 6-DoF toolpath planning for robotic flank milling by jointly optimizing machining accuracy, path smoothness, and robot stiffness.
- Developed tool-orientation and redundancy co-optimization for robotic flat-end milling under machining-width, joint-limit, and gouging-avoidance constraints.
- 面向单机器人和多机器人系统中的 AM 与 SM,构建工具姿态、运动学冗余自由度及路径点时间的可扩展协同规划方法。
- 面向机器人侧铣直接规划六自由度刀具路径,联合优化加工精度、路径平滑性与机器人刚度。
